Terms of Use

1. Who we are and acceptance

Hamoudi Pharmacy, of Mashrou Al-Ziraa, Latakia, Syrian Arab Republic, owns and operates this website and app.

Using the site or app, creating an account, or placing an order means you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the service.

These terms are read together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns policy; together they form the agreement between us.

2. Nature of the content

This information does not replace reading and following the product leaflet. If any troubling symptom appears, stop use and consult a professional.

You alone decide whether to buy or use a product, and you bear responsibility for that decision. We recommend consulting us or your doctor before using any product — particularly during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with chronic skin conditions, or alongside existing medication.

3. Eligibility

To use the site and place orders you must be of legal age and full legal capacity. Anyone below that may use the site under the supervision and responsibility of a parent or guardian.

4. Your account

You undertake that the details you provide are accurate and current. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for everything done through your account.

We may suspend or close any account whose holder breaches these terms, or which is used for fraud or abuse, without prejudice to our other rights.

5. Products and availability

• ·We make every reasonable effort to describe and picture products accurately; the image may differ from the actual packaging or production batch.
• ·Listing a product does not guarantee its availability, which remains subject to actual stock at confirmation.
• ·If an obvious error occurs in a product description or its availability, we may correct it and cancel the affected order before shipping, refunding any amount paid in full.

6. Orders and payment

Orders are completed by contacting us on WhatsApp to confirm the details. An order is not accepted until we expressly confirm it.

Payment is by advance transfer via Sham Cash or a money transfer, and the order ships once we confirm the transfer.

We may decline or cancel any order before shipping — refunding the amount in full — if it cannot be supplied, or if we suspect the order is not genuine or breaches these terms.

7. Shipping and delivery

We ship to all Syrian governorates through Qadmous and Masarat, within one to three days of order confirmation and receipt of the transfer. Shipping details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for delay, loss or damage occurring after the shipment is handed to the courier, though we will help you follow it up.

Your address and phone number must be correct; any cost or delay arising from an error in them falls on the buyer.

Shipping outside Syria is not currently active.

8. Returns and exchanges

There are no returns or exchanges after shipping. This is because of the nature of skincare products, and is for the buyer's safety. Please ask us before buying so we can help you choose the right product.

This does not apply if you receive a product different from what you ordered, or damaged on arrival. In that case notify us within forty-eight hours of receipt with clear photographs, and we will put it right by replacement or refund.

9. Acceptable use

You undertake not to:

• ·Use the site for any purpose contrary to the law or to these terms.
• ·Attempt unauthorised access to any part of the site, to other users' accounts, or to our systems.
• ·Scrape or copy the site's content for republication or commercial exploitation.
• ·Overload, disrupt or introduce anything harmful to the service.
• ·Impersonate another person or provide false information.

10. Reviews and submissions

Reviews and comments you write must come from your own experience and must be free of abuse, advertising, and anything unlawful or infringing the rights of others.

We may review what is submitted and reject or remove it without giving reasons. By posting content on the site you grant us the right to display and use it on the site and our channels, free of charge, while your own rights in it remain yours.

11. Intellectual property

The site's content — its text, design, arrangement and tools — belongs to Hamoudi Pharmacy and may not be copied, republished or exploited commercially without our written permission.

Product brand names, logos and images belong to their owners and are shown here solely to identify the genuine products offered for sale. Nothing in this implies ownership, agency or sponsorship.

12. Limitation of liability

We provide the site and its services "as is". We make reasonable efforts to keep the information accurate and current and the service available, without warranting that it is error-free or uninterrupted.

We are not liable for:

• ·The outcome of using a product contrary to its leaflet or to professional guidance.
• ·An allergic reaction or side effect not attributable to a defect in the product itself.
• ·A decision you took relying on general information on the site without consulting a professional.
• ·Technical interruption or failure beyond our control.
• ·The content of third-party sites reached from our links.

In any event our liability to you, whatever its cause, does not exceed the value of the order in dispute. Nothing in this clause waives a right the law does not permit to be waived, nor protects against fraud or gross negligence.

13. Changes to these terms and the service

We may amend these terms, add to the service, or discontinue part of it. The date of the latest update appears at the top of this page, and an amendment takes effect from the date it is published.

An amendment does not affect an order already confirmed, which remains subject to the terms in force when it was confirmed.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Syrian Arab Republic.

If any provision is void or unenforceable, the remainder stays in force. Our forbearance in enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.
