This policy explains how we handle your personal data when you use the Hamoudi Pharmacy website or app.
1. Who we are and scope
Hamoudi Pharmacy, of Mashrou Al-Ziraa, Latakia, Syrian Arab Republic, is responsible for the data described in this policy.
It applies to our website, app and related services. It does not apply to third-party sites, even if you reach them from a link on ours.
By using the site you acknowledge that you have read this policy.
2. The data we collect
We collect only what the service requires:

Your review is published — after moderation — under the display name you chose, and it alone of what we hold about you.
3. How we use your data
We use your data for the purposes in the table above and no others, and will not use it for a new purpose without informing you and obtaining your consent.
Each purpose rests on fulfilling your request, your consent, a legitimate interest such as measuring and protecting the site, or an obligation imposed by law.
We take no automated decision about you that produces legal effects; what the site suggests is a recommendation, not a decision.
4. Consent
Where processing rests on your consent, that consent is taken explicitly as you enter the data. It is never assumed.
You may withdraw it at any time without giving a reason, from your account settings or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect what came before it, and does not halt an order already under way.
5. Skin data
You may delete it at any time from your account page or by contacting us.
We are not a diagnostic service. What you write here is not entered into a medical record and does not replace seeing a doctor.
6. Minors
Our services are directed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under eighteen without a guardian's consent, and we delete any that reaches us as soon as we learn of it.
7. Sharing your data
We do not sell, rent or disclose your data for advertising. Within the pharmacy it is seen only by those whose work requires it.
Outside the pharmacy, sharing is limited to:
- ·Technical service providers who operate the site on our behalf and on our instructions, and may not use the data for anything else.
- ·Courier companies, which receive what delivery requires: name, phone and address.
- ·Official authorities, to the extent required by applicable law or a judicial order.
Data may be stored on servers outside Syria owing to the nature of these technical services, and you acknowledge this by using the site.
8. Security and retention
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data from loss, unauthorised access, disclosure and alteration. Even so, transmission over the internet is not free of risk, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
We keep data no longer than necessary:
- ·Orders and their documents — for the period accounting and regulatory requirements demand.
- ·Account, routine and logged reactions — while your account exists, deleted with it.
- ·Measurement data — not attributed to an identified person, and cleaned periodically.
9. Your rights

- 2Rectification — to correct anything incomplete or inaccurate.
- 3Erasure — to have your data deleted, except what we must keep by law or for an order already fulfilled.
- 4Withdrawal of consent — at any time.
- 5Objection — to processing based on legitimate interest, such as measurement.
To exercise any of these, contact us (section 14). We respond within thirty days. We may ask for proof of identity first, and we charge nothing.
10. Cookies
We use no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers. What is stored in your browser is limited to what the site needs to work: your preferences, wishlist, routine and sign-in session.
You can erase it by clearing this site's data in your browser, or contact us to switch measurement off on your device.
11. Medical disclaimer
The recommendations, routines and tools on this site — including the AI assistant — are general skincare information. They are not a diagnosis, not a prescription, and not a substitute for consulting a doctor or pharmacist.
They do not replace reading the product leaflet. If any troubling symptom appears, stop use and consult a professional. See also our content and medical supervision policy.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy; the date of the latest update appears at the top of the page. If a change is material we will notify you before it takes effect, and you may then object or withdraw your consent.
13. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the Syrian Arab Republic. If any provision is void, the remainder stays in force.
